Project Supervisor

Perform Industrial HVAC System and Clean room maintenance which includes the following

a. Pumps (pump Alignment, Strainers Cleaning, Valves servicing, etc)

b. Fans (Belt-change, general cleaning, alignment, damper servicing, etc)

c. Air Handling Unit(General Cleaning, Filter change, belt change, etc)

d. Fan Coil Unit (General Cleaning, Filter change, belt change, etc)

e. Cooling Tower Cleaning(Basin, infill, louver, mist eliminator, belt change, greasing, etc)

f. Fan Coil Unit (General Cleaning, Filter change, belt change, etc)

g. DX-Unit (Filter Cleaning, Refrigerant charge, etc)

h.Cleanroom Filter change

2. Perform Industrial electrical and control System maintenance which includes the following :-

a. Motor (General Cleaning Greasing, Megger, etc)

b. Variable Speed Drive

c. Motor Control Centre

d. Industrial and Commercial Instrumentation (Emerson, Vaisala, GE,etc)

e. Commercial Instrumentation (Johnson Control, Honeywell, etc)

f. Programmable Logic Control (Allen Bradly, Modicon, Momemtum,Omron,GE)

g. Perform Control Loop and continuity check

h. Lighting maintenance

i. Electrical Panel (General cleaning, indicating light change,etc)

3. Perform Building and Life safety System

a. Eye shower servicing

b. Chemical Spill Station Top-up

c. Doors repair / servicing (Door closer, door Knob, Handles)
