Industry: Construction (Renovation, Hacking and Electrical Wiring Works)
Position Overview
We are seeking a capable and experienced Site / Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate renovation projects, including hacking and electrical wiring works. This role is responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day site activities for renovation projects, including hacking and electrical wiring works
- Interpret construction drawings and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of works
- Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and work schedules to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
- Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant authority requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and compliance standards are met
- Identify and resolve site issues, technical challenges, and operational risks
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders on progress updates and site matters
- Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation to management
- Support project planning, cost control, and resource optimization
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Building, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in renovation or interior fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including hacking and electrical wiring works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site compliance requirements
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Relevant safety certification (e.g. Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent)
- Experience in project coordination and site management
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and permit processes
- Leadership experience in supervising teams or subcontractors
