Industry: Construction (Renovation, Hacking and Electrical Wiring Works)
Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee renovation works, including hacking and electrical wiring activities. The role involves supervising site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently, and coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities, including renovation, wall hacking, and electrical wiring works
- Ensure all works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and timelines
- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure proper workmanship and productivity
- Enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress and site issues
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Plan and schedule work activities to meet project deadlines
- Report site progress, delays, and issues to management
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, preferably in renovation works
- Experience in supervising hacking and electrical wiring works
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations
- Ability to manage workers and communicate effectively on site
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
Relevant certification in construction or safety (e.g. supervisor safety course)
Experience working with renovation contractors or interior fit-out projects
Basic knowledge of electrical installation standards
