Job Description
- Monitor work progress and check in work done by Sub-contractors
- Manage and supervise various projects according to plan within project deadlines
- Train workers on working method to improve productivity
- Conduct daily safety toolbox meeting briefing, inspections of work site to ensure compliance on safety matters
- Oversee daily operation at sites, solve issues arise if any
- Ensure that workers comply with all safety measures required
- Report and assist site manager/project manager, including preparation of necessary documents/submissions
- In depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings
- Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise structural / architectural works, coordinate with all stakeholders on technical matters
- Ensure timely completion and good quality of works, and follow up well
- Willing to be hands-on with on-site work and learn
- With at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Educational level at least N level / O level / ITE holder or relevant industry trade certificates
- BCSS / Work at Height supervisor etc. certificates will be an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be an advantage
