Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring it meets objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage project team members (skilled and unskilled workers), providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Identify potential technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate project status, issues, and changes to Project Manager or Engineer.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project safety risks.
- Ensure project installation meet quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi task.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
