Key Responsibilities

. Coordinate and monitor on-site installation work according to project schedule

. Attend site meetings with clients and contractors

. Assist in system installation, testing, and handover

. Provide technical support on-site and remotely

. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades

. Liaise with internal teams for materials, drawings, and technical issues

. Ensure work quality and complete documentation

Requirements

. Diploma or higher in IT, Networking, Electrical, or related fields

. Minimum 1 year of experience in project or technical support roles

. Able to read system drawings and understand basic networking

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with different teams)

. Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently

. Open to flexible working hours in coordinate with project plan
