Sales & Customer Support
- Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines
- Maintain up-to-date sales records, reports, and documentation
Project Coordination
- Plan and track project timelines from order confirmation to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics, parts) to meet project requirements
- Monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and update customers regularly
- Support scheduling of field technicians and service assignments
Operations & Service Support
- Act as point of contact for service updates, job status, and issue escalation
- Liaise with Parts and Warranty teams to ensure smooth job execution
- Follow up on job completion and ensure proper documentation
Administrative & Procurement
- Manage work orders from opening to closure for accurate and timely invoicing
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports
- Issue purchase orders, source suppliers, and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
- Report directly to the Directors and/or assigned management personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and organizational objectives
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Preferably with engineering background, certification, or relevant technical experience
- 2-5 years of experience in coordination, sales support, or project/admin roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in service/technical environment is an advantage
