What The Role Is

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure. The Traffic Police&aposs Testing & Licensing Branch is undergoing an exciting transformation to enhance our driving test infrastructure and capabilities.

As a Project Officer supporting infrastructure development, you will contribute to the transformation of our driving test centres through the implementation of new technologies and modern facilities. Working closely with the Testing & Licensing Officer, you will support critical projects that shape the future of driver testing in Singapore.

You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme

What You Will Be Working On

You will report to the Testing & Licensing Officer and be responsible for:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Intelligent Driving Circuit (IDC) and Next-Generation Driving Centres (NGDC)
  • Assisting in coordination with government agencies (URA, SLA, LTA, HTX) on land use and development matters
  • Managing project documentation and tracking critical milestones
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Handling land lease matters and development requirements
  • Assisting in operational readiness and transition planning
  • Supporting risk assessment and mitigation activities

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our infrastructure transformation projects.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives

Advantageous

  • Project Management certification
  • Experience in infrastructure or construction projects
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes
  • Background in stakeholder management
