The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure. The Traffic Police&aposs Testing & Licensing Branch is undergoing an exciting transformation to enhance our driving test infrastructure and capabilities.
As a Project Officer supporting infrastructure development, you will contribute to the transformation of our driving test centres through the implementation of new technologies and modern facilities. Working closely with the Testing & Licensing Officer, you will support critical projects that shape the future of driver testing in Singapore.

What You Will Be Working On
You will report to the Testing & Licensing Officer and be responsible for:
- Supporting the implementation of the Intelligent Driving Circuit (IDC) and Next-Generation Driving Centres (NGDC)
- Assisting in coordination with government agencies (URA, SLA, LTA, HTX) on land use and development matters
- Managing project documentation and tracking critical milestones
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and communication
- Handling land lease matters and development requirements
- Assisting in operational readiness and transition planning
- Supporting risk assessment and mitigation activities

Requirements
Essential:
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
Advantageous
- Project Management certification
- Experience in infrastructure or construction projects
- Knowledge of government procurement processes
- Background in stakeholder management
