Are you an officer who has experience in reviewing or re-engineering work processes If so, we want you to be part of our team at the Singapore Police Force (SPF). The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime.
As the staff authority for administrative, financial and procurement matters within SPF, A&F optimizes limited resources to meet operational needs. We are dedicated to providing and continuously improving value-based services that exceed stakeholders expectations whilst supporting SPFs mission to prevent, deter and detect crime for Singapores safety and security.
You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme
What You Will Be Working On
You will lead comprehensive governance reviews to support SPFs strategic objectives, focusing on organizational effectiveness through:
- Conducting systematic assessments of existing governance structures, policies and processes
- Developing recommendations to enhance governance structures and risk management practices
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and compliance requirements to facilitate the implementation of governance improvements and monitoring their effectiveness
- Streamlining processes with technology-enhanced solutions
- Developing and executing training programmes and facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring operational continuity
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Field of studies in business administration, management, finance or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with proven track record in project delivery
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analytics software (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong communication skills
- Project and stakeholder management experience
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
