As the staff authority for administrative, financial and procurement matters within SPF, A&F optimizes limited resources to meet operational needs. We are dedicated to providing and continuously improving value-based services that exceed stakeholders expectations whilst supporting SPFs mission to prevent, deter and detect crime for Singapores safety and security.
You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme
What You Will Be Working On
You will lead end-to-end procurement and contract management, focusing on operational efficiency through:
- Developing best-sourced, outcome-based and sustainable solutions for A&Fs functions, including management of centralized administrative hubs serving multiple SPF units
- Overseeing vendor performance and contract management using established service levels and KPIs
- Establishing strategies and structures to ensure continuity in contract monitoring and future procurement activities
- Implement technological solutions to streamline procurement processes
- Facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring operational continuity
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Field of studies in business administration, management, finance or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with proven track record in project delivery
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analytics software (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong communication skills
- Project and stakeholder management experience
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
