Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, risk assessments, safe work procedures (SWPs), and equipment manifests
- Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and training sessions for workers and teams
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to uphold safety and documentation standards
- Investigate workplace incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence
- Participate in project and safety meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Possess a Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent (e.g., SSG, SISO, BCA-recognized institutions)
- At least 2 years of experience in WSH within the construction or built environment
- WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification (formerly BCSS Course) preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH regulations
- Willing to commit to after-office hours work when urgent submissions are required
- Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
