Job Scope:
- Monitor and analyse WSH performance, identifying risks and compliance gaps.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and routine safety checks.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Implement and coordinate emergency preparedness plans, drills, and equipment maintenance.
- Deliver safety briefings and coach employees on WSH practices.
- Support WSH policy, procedures, and risk management initiatives.
- Maintain WSHMS documentation and track progress of improvement actions.
- Assess health hazards, prioritise risks, and identify areas for safety improvement.
