Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the overall lead for the project and the primary point of contact with client
2. Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations
3. Ensure compliance with client safety rules, technical specifications, and productivity KPIs
4. Manage supervisors, drivers, and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
5. Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and continuity (including standby and floater resources)
6. Coordinate with internal teams on training, fleet management, and logistics
7. Prepare and review reports, KPI submissions, and incident investigations
8. Lead risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in rail, track maintenance, or infrastructure works
2. Prior experience working with SMRT, LTA, or similar rail authorities is highly preferred
3. Possess relevant WSH / Safety certifications (e.g. Safety Coordinator, WSQ or equivalent)
4. Good command of spoken and written English
5. Proficient in MS Office and project reporting
6. Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
