Job Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage changes effectively.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors, when applicable.
- Oversee quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
Job Requirements
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, APIs, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud.
- The role requires solid experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and timely closure of Change Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (SRs).
- The Project Manager will engage with stakeholders, steering committees, and vendors to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Experience in delivering projects within Singapore government agencies, and familiarity with GCC and GPC environments, IM8, PDPA, and government security frameworks, will be considered a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
- The role also requires strong knowledge of Agile methodology, governance, and vendor management practices.
