Support APAC branches (10+ countries) in adapting to ISO20022 Hybrid Address Format changes, SWIFT Standards Release 2026, and Local Settlement MX migration.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists monitor deliverables and dependencies.
Track progress/risks/issues across branches and escalate or propose solutions as needed.
Lead PMO activities: reporting, consolidation of updates, and creation of stakeholder-ready materials.
Support impact analysis and planning once local authority announcements for MX migration are released.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Compliance, APAC branches) to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
Prepare clear and structured reports, comparison analyses, and decision-making materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
Visualize timelines, progress dashboards, and risk/issue summaries for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of PM/PMO experience in banking projects, preferably in payment operations or payment systems consulting firm experience preferred.
Working experience as Consultant in consulting firm or/ as PMO or PM in banking projects is a must.
