Job Summary
The Project Manager manages end-to-end project coordination, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and data management across multiple initiatives. This role involves overseeing project timelines and budgets, organizing data into actionable formats, and communicating progress with internal and external stakeholders. This position also transforms raw data into insights that guide decisions and contribute to project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
. Plan, organize, and coordinate project activities to ensure execution, clear communication, and timely delivery of milestones.
. Monitor project progress and performance indicators, highlighting variances and providing insights that support effective decision-making.
. Manage project budgets and resources, tracking expenses and allocations to maintain financial efficiency and operational balance.
. Collect client feedback from post-event surveys, meeting notes, and shared documents, input into structured templates, and analyze response trends to support reporting and recommendations.
. Create dashboards, charts, and visual reports to present project updates, KPIs, and outcomes for internal and client stakeholders.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with overall business goals.
. Analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and study competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.
. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and long-term collaboration.
. Prepare proposals, project presentations, and contract discussions with clients.
. Oversee the planning and implementation of business development strategies that drive market expansion and support new initiatives.
. Identify risks, propose preventive actions, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Requirements
. Diploma in related fields.
. Minimum 2 years of experience.
. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
. Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
