Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital platform/Financial projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Act as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders, including steering committees, and handle challenging discussions independently.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations with clear articulation and superior presentation skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business requirements.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma
- Minimum 58 years in project management, preferably in digital transformation or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms. Basic knowledge of financial products is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders independently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including creating executive-level decks.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results in complex environments.
