Your Responsibilities

Drive and manage client and internal stakeholder relationships to deliver successful projects. Stakeholder management includes the connection and coordination of creative, content, data, consulting, and technology stakeholders.

Be the main point of contact for all stakeholders and regularly reports and communicates project status

Manage project budget, timelines, and resources.

Uncover and understand client's business objectives, KPIs and deliver business value.

Oversee overall project delivery processes such as Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.

Build, lead, and ensure a highly productive and functional delivery team by providing the necessary support, training, and mentorship for them to thrive and stay motivated.

Create, document, and regularly update process documents including but not limited to project charters, communications plan, risk management plan, project management plan, stakeholder management plan, reporting etc.

Identify scope creep and/or new opportunities for additional up-sell and cross-sell

Manage project risks, remove impediments and barriers, and route escalations in a timely manner.

Collaborate with PMO to establish and/or refine project frameworks, project governance, and processes. Ensures all project governance is followed and documented.

Create statement of works, change requests, and provide pre-sales support for new opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

You are proficient in the use of various project approaches such as predictive, agile, and hybrid and are familiar with servient leadership.

A minimum of 10+ years of work experience in project managing the implementation of digital marketing solutions

Demonstrated success in project managing large-scale digital marketing solutions like Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Tealium, Sitecore, AEM, and 3rd party integrations like Mulesoft. Experience project managing at least two CX solutions is a must.

Experience in integrating social messaging tools like WeChat, WhatsApp, LINE, or KakaoTalk is a plus

Strong technology background is preferred; HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, REST API and SOAP-based web services

Good understanding of automation, build and release processes, DevOps, project management tools, and quality processes.

Experience in an agency or consulting role is a must with strong knowledge in CX, MarTech and/or AdTech.

You have exceptional communication, written, and presentation skills and have strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

You have the ability to break down complex or technical solutions and articulate them in simple business terms.

Must be able to work independently and function as a strong team player in a multi cultural and multi-agency environment.

You are pro-active, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

BS/BA Degree with a valid PMP/Scrum Master/SAFe certification is preferred.
