Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The role involves leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
Job Description:
- Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client's expectations
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure all works carried out meet with Clients/Company's quality standards and requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and regulations
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Lead and motivate project team to achieve targets
Requirement:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the road construction/civil engineering related field is required for this position
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage
- Own vehicle is an advantage
