Job Summary
You will lead site management and coordination efforts to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to drive progress, resolve site issues, and maintain quality standards while providing timely updates to management.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate all subcontractor and non-subcontractor (NSC) activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules
- Attend site meetings and conduct site walks to monitor progress and address operational challenges
- Monitor and report on work progress to management, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making
- Prepare detailed Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, and project execution plans to uphold safety and compliance standards
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and cost control to optimize resource allocation and budget adherence
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to site activities and project milestones
- Inspect and verify the quality of work on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Resolve site issues independently by applying problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
- Demonstrate self-motivation and autonomy to initiate and drive site activities effectively
- Be available to commence work at short notice to meet project demands
