On behalf of our client, a globally renowned Project & Cost Management Consultant, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Data Centre project in Singapore.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams across architectural and M&E workstreams, driving project planning and execution, and maintaining strict adherence to timelines, quality, and governance standards. You will act as the primary client interface, provide leadership in risk management and change control, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for a large-scale Data Centre project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations.
- Manage architectural and M&E workstreams, coordinating design and construction activities.
- Act as the primary interface with the client, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Drive change management processes, scope control, and variation assessments.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, including cost, schedule, and risk updates.
- Ensure governance and documentation standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support resource allocation and team leadership, promoting collaboration across disciplines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years experience in end-to-end project delivery, with proven track record in Data Centre projects.
- Strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical scopes (Architectural & M&E).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with clients and subcontractors.
- Ability to lead under pressure and deliver projects within tight timelines.
- Knowledge of project controls, risk management, and change control processes.
- Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants preferred (due to Employment Pass quota).
