Job Description

On behalf of our client, a globally renowned Project & Cost Management Consultant, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major corporate fit-out project in Singapore.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations. You will act as the primary client interface, provide leadership in risk management and change control, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of a large-scale corporate fit-out project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee design coordination and construction activities, including architectural, interior, and M&E scopes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
  • Drive change management processes, scope control, and variation assessments.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, including cost, schedule, and risk updates.
  • Ensure governance and documentation standards are met across all phases.
  • Support resource allocation and team leadership, fostering collaboration across disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in end-to-end project delivery, with proven track record in corporate fit-out projects.
  • Strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical scopes (Architectural & M&E).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ability to lead under pressure and deliver projects within tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of project controls, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants only (due to Employment Pass quota).
  • Availability to commit to the full project duration.
