Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our in-house applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on application development experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both Japan-based and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of in-house application development and maintenance
• Gather requirements, create system designs, and prepare cost estimates
• Coordinate and communicate with development teams in Japan and offshore development teams to ensure project alignment
• Lead project management activities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese (frequent communication with Japan-based development teams and stakeholders is required)
• Proven experience in application development
• Prior experience as a team leader or in a management role within IT product development
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications(optional to include)

• Experience managing cross-cultural or cross-border IT projects
• Familiarity with modern development methodologies and tools
