About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, APIs, SharePoint, and Azure Cloud. This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects-from planning and execution to vendor coordination and the timely closure of Change Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (SRs).
The Project Manager will act as a key bridge between stakeholders, steering committees, and vendors, ensuring project alignment, risk management, and successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage and prioritize CRs and SRs to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and steering committees to drive project alignment and governance.
- Oversee and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and budgets.
- Apply Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant governance, security, and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT projects using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure Cloud, APIs).
- Strong background in project governance, vendor management, and Agile practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects within Singapore government agencies.
- Familiarity with GCC and GPC environments, IM8 standards, PDPA compliance, and government security frameworks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (Scrum Master/SAFe) is an advantage.
