1. Participate in the review ofsecondary distribution P&ID / MLD construction drawings and be responsiblefor pre-construction site inspections.
2. Responsible for the control andcoordination of construction site materials procurement and allocation,including hardware, argon gas, piping materials, and fittings.
3. Responsible for constructionprogress control, including monitoring daily work completion by contractors andconsolidating daily work progress data.
4. Responsible for construction qualityinspections, including pipeline alignment and leveling, compliance withdrawings, pipe clamps, flow direction labels, weld inspection, and assessingwhether additional supports/brackets are required.
5. Responsible for inspection andcontrol of engineering quality to ensure construction work complies withrelevant standards.
6. Responsible for preparing andoptimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conducting internalengineer training.
7. Possess the ability to preparesecondary distribution project construction plans and manage cost control.
