Manage assigned projects to ensure delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Execute day-to-day project activities, coordinating tasks, priorities, and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery strategies aligned with business objectives and operational constraints.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and the Korean head office through regular updates and meetings to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and change control actions.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulatory standards, and internal procedures throughout project execution.
Track project performance, including cost control, resource allocation, and progress against key milestones, and take corrective action when needed.
Maintain and apply established project management processes, tools, and reporting standards.
Support and collaborate with team members to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement in project execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer.
Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in civil infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, railways, metro systems, and tunnels.
At least 10 years experience in managing design and construction teams.
Good understanding of project delivery processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a professional project environment.
