Project Manager (Main System)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of facility process exhaust systems (such as FAB process exhaust fans, VOC treatment systems, etc.), ensuring safe, stable, and efficient system operation.
- Responsible for the engineering management of new installations, modifications, and expansion projects of the systems, including control of construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure stable system performance.
- Responsible for monitoring system operating parameters, handling emergency situations, and carrying out repair and maintenance works.
- Responsible for preparing and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conducting internal engineer training.
- Able to identify system hazards, aging risks, and other potential issues, and promptly summarize, categorize, and eliminate equipment risks.
- Able to work night shifts when required by operational needs.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the director.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Energy & Power Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience candidates with semiconductor or TFT factory process exhaust system operation, maintenance, or construction experience will have an added advantage.
- Capable of promptly identifying and improving safety and quality issues in system operations, continuously promoting energy saving and emission reduction initiatives, and reducing operational costs.
- Familiar with engineering project management, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle issues related to construction, quality, safety, and project progress, while possessing compliance and risk awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and presentation/reporting skills, with strong teamwork and execution capabilities.
