Job Summary

A strategic supply chain role combining operational leadership with AI-driven solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of supply chain performance, including cost, service levels, and operational risk.
  • Drive a business-owner mindset by proactively identifying gaps and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Balance customer requirements with operational feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • Analyse complex supply chain challenges using structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches.
  • Identify root causes and design practical, scalable solutions to improve operational performance.
  • Gain deep operational understanding through site observation (Gemba) to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Translate on-site operational insights into actionable system, process, and performance improvements.
  • Apply AI and digital tools to enhance automation, analytics, decision support, and workflow redesign.
  • Bridge supply chain business requirements with AI and digital capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Engage and align stakeholders across functions through clear, structured, and effective communication.
  • Adapt quickly in dynamic environments by continuously learning and applying new tools, technologies, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, or regional operations.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrated use of digital tools and/or AI applications in daily operational or business activities.
  • Strong interest and motivation in applying AI to redesign operational workflows and business processes.
  • Ability to translate operational challenges into structured workflows, use cases, or automation opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills across operational and conceptual discussions.
  • High learning agility with openness to change and continuous improvement.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
