Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead a largescale enterprise implementation involving SAP and multiple nonSAP platforms. The role is Singaporebased, and will lead the Australia rollout followed by additional regional implementations for the same client.

This role requires strong experience managing SAP implementations integrated with nonSAP products such as ServiceNow, MuleSoft, testing automation tools, and enterprise platforms in a complex, multistream environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

1. Lead endtoend delivery of SAP and nonSAP implementation projects.
2. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
3. Drive delivery across multiple workstreams including:
4. SAP functional (LeadtoCash, ProcuretoPay, RecordtoReport, PS)
5. Technical (SAP Development, Integration, Basis, Security)
6. NonSAP platforms (ServiceNow, MuleSoft, SNOW, Testing tools)
7. Data Migration and Testing (manual and automation)

Stakeholder & Governance Management

1. Act as primary interface with client leadership and steering committee.
2. Prepare and present project status, risks, and milestones.
3. Ensure strong governance, escalation, and decisionmaking.

Integration & MultiVendor Coordination

1. Manage dependencies between SAP and nonSAP systems.
2. Coordinate across internal teams, client teams, and thirdparty vendors.
3. Ensure seamless integration, testing, cutover, and golive.

Rollout & Regional Expansion

1. Successfully deliver the Australia implementation including golive and hypercare.
2. Support subsequent regional rollouts using a templatebased approach.
3. Drive reuse of best practices, assets, and lessons learned.

Mandatory Requirements

1. 12+ years of overall IT project management experience.
2. 8+ years managing SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA preferred).
3. Proven experience managing SAP and nonSAP systems together in a single program.
4. Strong experience with large, complex, multistream implementations.
5. Experience working with ServiceNow, MuleSoft, testing tools, or similar platforms.
6. Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams.
7. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
8. Willingness to support Australia rollout and future regional deployments.

Preferred / Good to Have

1. Prior project delivery experience in Australia.
2. Experience in global or multicountry rollouts.
3. SAP Activate / PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
4. Background in consulting or system integrator environments.
