Role Summary
We are hiring an experiencedProject Managerto lead a largescale enterprise implementation involvingSAP and multiple nonSAP platforms. The role isSingaporebased, employed viaagency / contractor model under Employment Pass, and will lead theAustralia rolloutfollowed byadditional regional implementationsfor the same client.
This role requires strong experience managingSAP implementations integrated with nonSAP productssuch asServiceNow, MuleSoft, testing automation tools, and enterprise platformsin a complex, multistream environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead endtoend delivery of SAP and nonSAP implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive delivery across multiple workstreams including:
- SAP functional (LeadtoCash, ProcuretoPay, RecordtoReport, PS)
- Technical (SAP Development, Integration, Basis, Security)
- NonSAP platforms (ServiceNow, MuleSoft, SNOW, Testing tools)
- Data Migration and Testing (manual and automation)
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as primary interface with client leadership and steering committee.
- Prepare and present project status, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure strong governance, escalation, and decisionmaking.
Integration & MultiVendor Coordination
- Manage dependencies between SAP and nonSAP systems.
- Coordinate across internal teams, client teams, and thirdparty vendors.
- Ensure seamless integration, testing, cutover, and golive.
Rollout & Regional Expansion
- Successfully deliver theAustralia implementationincluding golive and hypercare.
- Supportsubsequent regional rolloutsusing a templatebased approach.
- Drive reuse of best practices, assets, and lessons learned.
Mandatory Requirements
- 12+ yearsof overall IT project management experience.
- 8+ yearsmanagingSAP implementation projects(S/4HANA preferred).
- Proven experience managingSAP and nonSAP systems togetherin a single program.
- Strong experience withlarge, complex, multistream implementations.
- Experience working withServiceNow, MuleSoft, testing tools, or similar platforms.
- Experience managingonshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Willingness to supportAustralia rolloutand future regional deployments.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Prior project delivery experience inAustralia.
- Experience inglobal or multicountry rollouts.
- SAP Activate / PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
- Background in consulting or system integrator environments.
