Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee private and residential construction projects, including landed properties and factories. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Job Scope:
- Plan and manage projects to meet contract timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Handle projects assigned by the company, including attending tender interviews and audit meetings.
- Conduct weekly site meetings with site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed per contract agreements.
- Monitor site documentation, including RFIs, RFAs, shop drawings, and other relevant project submissions, ensuring timely delivery.
- Follow up on Project Extension of Time (EOT) claims due to project delays.
- Ensure all site documentation, daily and weekly reports, schedules, and application forms are properly compiled and maintained on-site.
- Respond to and follow up on project-related emails, keeping superiors informed.
- Guide and advise QS teams to negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to maintain project budgets.
- Manage project engineers, site coordinators, site supervisors, and workers to meet project requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in private industry and residential construction projects (landed properties & factories preferred).
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively.
