  • Drive the planning, execution, and closing of special projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Facilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Regional teams and local markets
  • Manage transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, risks mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerators
  • Supervise and lead project teams by providing direction, motivation, and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or any related field
  • Prior experience in a management consulting firm will be an added advantage
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale project management and delivery
  • Substantial exposure to the consumer technology sector or marketing function will be an added advantage
  • Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and project management expertise
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
