Project Manager

Job Description:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope.
• Understand client business goals and challenges proactively propose APEX solutions to meet those needs.
• Own assigned projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate with Events, Productions, Digital, and Creatives teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of client projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines escalate risks early.
• Manage day-to-day client communication on delivery matters.
• Set realistic expectations and flag risks early, escalate delivery or resourcing conflicts when needed.
• Development and execution of business proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients or tenders.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans and status updates.
• Provide input on project updates, improvements and client insights to leadership.
• Provide consistent reports and updates to leadership for all projects weekly.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-4 years in project management, client servicing, or marketing/advertising agency role.
• Prior solid exposure to events, media production, or digital marketing projects is needed,
• Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
• Able to coordinate teams without relying on positional authority.
• Strong sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Delivery-focused and outcome-driven, not process-obsessed.
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks and pivot when necessary (to think out of the box)
