Project Manager

- Responsible for project planning ,on site supervision and ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Manage projects schedule and planning all labour and sub-contractors works on site.
- Ensure project complies with safety policies,rules and regulations.
- Able to communicate with clients and vendors throughout the project and provide regular updates.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constrains.
- Ensure quality and workmanship of construction works are satisfactory to client's expectations.
- Prepare ,review and submit as build drawing and OMM after project completed.
