Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for structural packages involving Bondax composite systems, steel frameworks, and façade elements.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, sub-frames).
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and subcontractor performance from award to handover.
• Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components.
• Oversee procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials (e.g., composite metal panels, anchor systems).
• Ensure adherence to local BCA regulations, safety standards, and QMS documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver project reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates to internal and external parties.
• Champion cost optimization and process efficiency initiatives for high-specification structural installations.
