Site Manager(Construction)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

. Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities

. Coordinate with suppliers, and workers

. Ensure work progress meets project schedule and quality standards

. Enforce workplace safety and MOM regulations

. Monitor manpower productivity and resolve site issues promptly

. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients

. Prepare site reports and documentation

Requirements:

. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction industry

. Strong knowledge of building construction processes

. Able to manage workers and subcontractors effectively

. Good communication and problem-solving skills

. Familiar with Singapore safety standards (WSH)

. CSOC / relevant construction certifications preferred
