Job Description: Project Management for New Business (R&D Division)
- Manage the progress of various projects under the direction of a Japanese supervisor, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support in resolving issues when problems arise
- Prepare reports for the headquarters
Requirements:
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, as communication with stakeholders in Japan and Singapore will be required
- Prior experience in project management is preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Someone with a genuine interest in creating and developing new products, as this role is within the R&D division
- A proactive individual who can propose solutions and take initiative when challenges arise, rather than responding passively
