Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, project management, or engineering-related roles. Strong understanding of project design and technical specifications. Familiarity with site operations, safety standards, and construction processes. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight timelines. Team-oriented with leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project execution and overall coordination.
Supervise and oversee site works, including inspections, planning, and monitoring progress to ensure timelines are met.
Act as a liaison between the main contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
Assist in supervising site teams and ensure that all work is conducted safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Take part in project and site safety coordination, including audits, safety briefings, and incident reporting.
Prepare progress reports and help track project milestones and deliverables.
