ERP Assistant Project Manager #ISW

Main Requirements

1. Proven experience in project management and implementation of ERP systems, covering all finance modules: GL, AR, AP, Cash Book, Project Costing, and Procurement.
2. Strong understanding of accounting concepts such as accruals, amortization, and cost recognition.
3. Programming skills with the ability to customize reports based on user requirements.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

1. Knowledge of network infrastructure, including VLAN, VPN, firewall configuration, and subnets.
2. Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and maintenance.
3. Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV and door access controls.
4. Familiarity with systems commonly used by property developers, particularly for leasing and residential property sales.
5. Experience in SAP ABAP development is an added advantage

Qualifications

1. Degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

Job Scope

1. Lead ERP project management and implementation in coordination with external consultants.
2. Customize reports and forms as needed.
3. Serve as the first-line support for ERP-related issues.
4. Research and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Provide support for the company's network infrastructure.
6. Oversee software licenses, domain names, and SSL renewals and registrations.
7. Offer day-to-day end-user support.
8. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.
