Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of the CCTV system for a Government Authority in Singapore, ensuring high system availability, compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA), and continuous system performance optimisation.
- Lead and manage 24/7 maintenance operations including fault response, troubleshooting, rectification, and incident management to ensure system uptime, reliability, and operational availability.
- Monitor system performance, logs, alarms, and metrics to detect faults early, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish and enforce preventive and corrective maintenance regimes, including routine inspections, servicing, firmware/software updates, and system tuning.
- Manage system lifecycle activities including asset inventory, spare parts management, equipment replacement, upgrades, and relocation.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, customer representatives, and subcontractors for fault escalation, troubleshooting, and service delivery.
- Evaluate and propose system enhancements, upgrades, and optimisation initiatives, and oversee implementation while ensuring minimal service disruption and proper change management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Authority, conducting SLA reviews, governance meetings, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, maintenance records, and documentation including SOPs, maintenance logs, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Manage internal maintenance teams and external vendors, ensuring compliance with safety, security clearance, and site requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or operations management of large-scale systems.
- Experience managing SLA-driven maintenance contracts, preferably for government or critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems, networking, and system integration.
- Proven experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and system operations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Government projects or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., IM8, CSA guidelines).
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Experience managing 24/7 operations and support teams.
- Experience managing vendor contracts and service providers.
