Key Responsibilities
- Managed end-to-end project delivery from planning, mobilisation, execution, commissioning through to close-out, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinated closely with internal stakeholders and external parties, including port authorities, shipyards, Singapore Customs, regulatory bodies, and vendors, to align schedules, technical requirements, and statutory compliance.
- Oversaw both onboard and shore-side works, including vessel fit-outs, refurbishments, system upgrades, and preparation for operational readiness.
- Led cross-functional teams across operations, safety, procurement, engineering, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
- Developed and controlled project schedules, budgets, and risk registers, implementing mitigation plans to minimise operational disruption and cost overruns.
- Ensured full compliance with applicable maritime regulations, port requirements, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managed change control processes, resolved technical and operational issues, and maintained clear communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Coordinated testing, inspections, certifications, and final acceptance with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Conducted post-project reviews, lessons-learned sessions, and formal handovers to operations teams to ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations.

Educational background / Work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marine studies / Maritime Studies or a related field is preferred.
- At least 23 year of working experience in Cruise/Port required for this position.
- Proficient with computer function, Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system.
- Able to work during odd hours, weekends, and perform duties at the port or offsite locations when required.
