Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Detailed Timeline Management:

1. Creating and maintaining detailed project timelines for signage production, printing jobs, and event setups.

2. Tracking progress against milestones and deadlines, especially critical in time-sensitive event scenarios.

3. Proactively identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.

Resource Allocation:

1. Scheduling design teams, production staff, installation crews, and event support personnel.

2. Managing the availability of printing equipment, fabrication tools, and event materials.

3. Optimizing resource utilization to meet tight deadlines and budget constraints.

Accurate Cost Estimation For Quotation:

1. Developing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, printing, fabrication, installation, and event services.

2. Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services.

3. Analyzing project requirements and identifying potential cost variations.

Quotation Preparation:

1. Preparing comprehensive quotations for clients, clearly outlining project scope, costs, and timelines.

2. Ensuring that quotations are accurate and competitive, while maintaining profitability.

3. Presenting and justifying quotations to management for approval.

Budget Control:

1. Monitoring project expenses against the approved budget and identifying cost overruns.

Internal Communication:

1. Facilitating communication between design teams, production staff, installation crews, and event coordinators.

2. Ensuring clear communication of project requirements and deadlines.

3. Holding regular project meetings to discuss progress and resolve issues.

External Liaison:

1. Communicating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and venue managers.

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Site Meetings and Inspections:

1. Attending site meetings to discuss installation requirements and event setups.

2. Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

3. Overseeing installations and event setup activities.

Problem Resolution:

1. Identifying and resolving on-site issues, such as installation problems, equipment malfunctions, or unexpected venue challenges.

2. Making timely decisions to keep the project on track.

Issue Management:

1. Identifying and documenting project discrepancies and problems, such as printing errors, installation issues, or event logistics challenges.

2. Analyzing the root causes of problems and developing solutions.

3. Implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Regulatory Compliance:

1. Identifying and obtaining necessary permits and approvals for signage installations and event setups with regulatory authorities.

2. Ensuring compliance with regulations and building codes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma Holder

Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Pleasant personalities
