Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain alignment with the regional working group and ensure progress against agreed objectives and timelines
- Coordinate activities with local teams across multiple APAC locations to support local activations and execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics and deliverables are in place
- Manage vendor sourcing, onboarding, and delivery, including translation and localisation services
- Support the scoping, design, development, execution, and evaluation of program assets requiring localisation
- Track risks, dependencies, and issues, proposing solutions to keep delivery on track
- Support the development, editing, and proofing of internal communications and presentation materials
Requirements:
- Previous experience designing, building, or executing large-scale employee engagement or internal programs within a regional or global organisation
- Strong project management skills, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and quality control
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate expectations and deliverables to diverse stakeholders
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Vendor management experience, including sourcing and coordination of third-party service providers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in creating, editing, and reviewing written and visual materials for internal audiences
