Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Singapore, with the option of working from home for some responsibilities. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in coordinating project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities include expediting processes, overseeing logistics, managing project timelines, and conducting project inspections. This role also entails supporting team efforts to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions to manage timelines and improve project efficiency
  • Strong Project Management and Inspection skills to ensure quality and on-time delivery of project milestones
  • Experience in Logistics Management to oversee effective transportation and operational processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in coordinating or assistant-level project roles is advantageous
