Job Summary
You will lead demolition projects as a Project Manager, ensuring compliance with the WSH Act, managing site operations, coordinating teams, and delivering projects on time and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage demolition sites allocated by the company, ensuring compliance with safety regulations under the WSH Act
- Lead project teams to plan, schedule, and execute demolition and construction activities efficiently
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and paperwork accurately
- Coordinate and liaise site activities to ensure smooth workflow and communication among stakeholders
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Participate in meetings to provide project updates and address operational issues
- Execute additional relevant tasks as delegated by company Directors
