Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee system management and IT operations for Singapore Government projects. The role requires expertise in IT infrastructure, IT security, SLA management, and stakeholder coordination across agencies and vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and capable of leading system operations to ensure high availability and compliance with security policies.

Key Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Studies, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of ICT project management/service delivery experience (preferably in Government sector)
• Experience managing Singapore Government IT projects
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Security
• Preferably ITIL, CITPM, PMP or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of GIS, Data Analytics, ETL technologies and Government procurement practices is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be a Singaporean/ Singapore PR due to G50 security clearance requirements by the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily system operations, SLA performance, change, patch, vendor and contract management
• Ensure maximum system uptime and compliance with MHA security policies
• Provide technical advisory support and manage system-related risks
• Report project progress and escalate key issues to management
• Coordinate closely with users, suppliers, government agencies and project teams
• Lead vendors professionally and promote strong teamwork and collaboration
• Deliver presentations and updates to stakeholders as required
