We are a Singapore-based subsidiary of a leading Chinese state-owned financial futures brokerage firm. Regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), we provide futures and derivatives brokerage services across major global exchanges.
As part of our business expansion and organisational integration initiatives, we are seeking an experienced Project & Business Integration Manager to lead cross-functional projects and strengthen alignment between our Singapore operations and Headquarters.
This role is responsible for managing and driving cross-departmental projects across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating regulatory initiatives, system enhancements, new business implementation, and organisational integration programs.
Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects including regulatory changes, system implementation, new product launches, and operational enhancement initiatives.
Develop structured project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers.
Track progress and ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Coordinate among Sales, Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure project alignment.
Facilitate cross-department meetings and drive accountability.
Resolve inter-departmental issues and remove implementation bottlenecks.
Ensure proper documentation of project decisions and implementation outcomes.
Act as a key liaison between the Singapore entity and Headquarters.
Translate group-level initiatives into structured local execution plans.
Prepare management reports and updates for both local senior management and Headquarters.
Support integration initiatives including policy alignment, reporting harmonisation, system connectivity, and process standardisation.
Support implementation of trading systems, risk systems, and workflow automation initiatives.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure operational readiness.
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure system enhancements meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Establish and enhance project governance frameworks and best practices.
Drive operational efficiency and standardisation across departments.
Promote structured execution and accountability culture within the organisation.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions (e.g., bank, brokerage, futures firm, clearing house).
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects.
Strong understanding of front-to-back financial operations.
Experience in regulatory change or system implementation projects is highly preferred.
Familiarity with MAS / SGX regulatory environment is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior personnel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as this role involves regular liaison with Headquarters and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
