Project Leadership: Own and manage the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, working closely with both external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact between business users, technical teams, and third-party partners.
System Testing & Adoption: Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), support training initiatives, and ensure smooth adoption across business units.
Customization & Optimization: Collaborate with implementation partners to tailor the system to fit business needs, particularly in supply chain, warehousing, and finance functions.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, project governance, and internal controls throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Strategic Contribution: Support the company's broader IT strategy, contributing to systems scalability, integration, and corporate growth initiatives.
Your Profile
Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) implementation projects.
Strong domain knowledge in supply chain, distribution, or warehousing operations is highly advantageous.
Skilled in managing third-party vendors and project delivery timelines.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment with regional exposure.
Experience in user training, change management, and solution optimization.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, low-latency environment.
