Job Description
- EndtoEnd Launch Ownership: Manage full project lifecycle-from architecture planning to regional rollout.
- CrossDepartment Leadership: Align IT, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Roadmap & Timeline Management: Define critical paths, manage dependencies, and balance speed with quality.
- Regulatory & Market Adaptation: Tailor launch strategy to Asian markets (SG, HK, TW, IND, KR) and their fintech regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with leadership while resolving technical and operational blockers on the ground.
The Successful Applicant
- Innovationdriven, with a mindset to optimize processes and accelerate digital delivery.
- Strong fintech knowledge (KYC, payments, trading workflows).
- Expert in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid frameworks and tools like Jira/Trello.
- Experience leading at least one major digital product launch in fintech or regulated financial services.
- At least 3 years of project management experience working with crossfunctional teams.
