Job Description

Job Title: ITProject Manager
Location:Central, Singapore
Employment Type:1 Year Contract - Extendable

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver ICT projects involving multiple vendors, application, and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple vendors and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, providing regular management reporting for development and maintenance initiatives.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, analyze business processes, and document issues and proposed solutions.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities.
  • Review project deliverables including functional specifications, test plans, user guides, and operation manuals.
  • Ensure SLAs are met, assess service requests, identify risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Manage day-to-day IT issues and ensure compliance with IT, quality, and security policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Tertiary education in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Project Management Certification or equivalent (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master).
  • Proven experience managing at least two full Agile/project lifecycles as Project Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Experience managing development and maintenance projects in government or regulated environments, including web-based and data/AI projects.
  • Hands-on experience handling production incidents is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, organizational, team management, and results-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills prior government experience is an added advantage.
